Cream Cheese Frosting II

INGREDIENTS
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar

Fluffy White Frosting


INGREDIENTS

* 1 cup white sugar
* 1/3 cup water
* 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
