oh haha, I challenge u for the title; I have nearly burnt my kitchen down twice!

I try to stick to easy, minimal cooking recipes like
buying a pizza base and adding onions, cheese and whatever!. Or tinned soup and toasted cheese sandwiches!. Or pasta and a jar of sauce!. If u want to get creative cook pasta and mix cooked ham, garlic, parmesan and eggs then add together and viola! spaghetti alla carbonara!.

Fried rice is always fast too, and if you add heaps of veggies; then its also healthy! Omelette's are always good as well as poached eggs on toast!. You could also try 2min noodles adding cooked veggies and chicken!.

Or maybe you could buy crumbed/plain chicken, cook it then put tomato sauce and cheese on top and grill it and serve with salad!.

That's all the ideas I have; simple I know, but I'm a disaster in the kitchen!. maybe u could look at buying a recipe book!? Anyway good luck! :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get a jar of tomato pasta sauce & pour 1/2 into a casserole dish!. add either green prawns or cubes of boneless fish!. Pour over the remainder of the sauce and sprinkle on about 100g low fat fetta!. Cook 180c for approx 10-15 mins until fish is cooked through!. Great with crusty bread & a salad!.

Low fat dressings make fantastic, healthy marinades!. Marinade meat or chicken, cook, slice & put on a tortilla with salad for a great wrap!. The balsamic is great for steak & the Thai style for chicken!. Check out Taste!.com!.au they have great recipes & its AussieWww@FoodAQ@Com
