What can i do with my crispy puff pastry layers!? any recipe!? pls!. helpWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
The French call it mille-feuille!. It’s basically layers of pastry, Whipped cream and fruit!. I have a very nice Italian take on it!.
You will need:
Equal quantities of double cream and Mascarpone
Strawberries
Balsamic vinegar (optional)
Crispy puff pastry layers (roughly cut to 8cm-3cm)
Method:
Hull and half strawberries then steep in vinegar for 15 mins!. Whip the cream and mascarpone to soft peaks!. Place a layer of pastry on a plate and then either pipe or spoon the cream mixture on to the pastry to about 1cm thick (don’t cover all of the pastry, remember you are going to build it up, so you want to see the individual layers)!. Then place the strawberries on top of the cream and then repeat this process so you end up with two layers and finish it off with one last piece of pastry!. Dust with icing sugar and serve!!
You can substitute the strawberries and mascarpone for pretty much anything, just cream and cherries is very nice, or use ice cream and pour over a hot butter-scotch sauce or warm chocolate sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Milli Feuili is the classic - 2 or 3 layers of puff pastry cooked crispy and filled with cream or cream patisserie and some sliced fruit - top with a sprinkling of icing sugar!.
You can make a tranch - which is filled with different fruits and glazed with hot jam!.
You can make discs and fill with ice cream and top with hot fruit compote or chocolate sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You have to use uni-puff for making good layer otherwise you can use margarine also for layering!. you need to make layers by spreading the puff pastry with roller then coat uni puff and fold it and repeat the same steps for 5-6 times!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Twist, sprinle with parmesan & a touch of curry powder!. Bake 200c till brown!.

put berries/tinned fruit in a ramikin, put a lid of pastry on top & bake 200c til brownWww@FoodAQ@Com
