how to make cocktail shrimp:
15 large Shrimp, boiled
1/2 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp Lemon or Lime juice
1/2 cup Catsup
1/2 cup Parsley, chopped fine
1/2 cup Horseradish
1 drop Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
Clean shrimp by deveining and discarding heads and shell if present!. Leave shrimp tails intact!. Boil shrimp for about 3-4 minutes!. Do not over cook as shrimp will become tough!. Shrimp are done as soon as they become opaque!. Combine all cocktail ingredients to make sauce!. Place 3-4 shrimp in individual serving dishes with greens and lemon garnish!. Pour cocktail sauce over shrimp, or dip the shrimp in the sauce!.
The main dish:
1/2 cup chicken, cooked and diced
1/2 cup cocktail shrimp
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup uncooked slow cook rice
1/4 cup salad oil
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup celery, thinly sliced
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup lettuce, finely shredded
Combine chicken and shrimp and soy sauce let stand 15 minutes!. Cook rice in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown (may smoke) stir frequently!.
Reduce heat, add chicken and shrimp ,soy sauce mixture and broth to rice simmer covered 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender!. Remove cover last few minutes to allow evaporation!. Stir in onion and celery cook uncovered until liquid is absorbed!. Push rice mixture to side add eggs and scramble!. Blend egg into rice!. 2 medium frsh jalapeno chile peppers, seeded and minced
1 medium yellow bell pepper chopped (1 cup)
1 Tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1/2 tetaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and cleaned
2 large tomatoes, chopped (2 cups)
Cook rice as directed on package, keep warm!.
Combine chicken, peppers, olive oil, salt, pepper, and crushed red pwpper in 12-inch skillet over medium-high; heat 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is no longer pink in center!.
Stir in shrimp!. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently!., until shrimp are pink and firm!. Do not overcook!.
Stir in tomatoes!. Cook about 1 minute, stirring occasionally, unti hot!. Serve with hot cooked rice!.

18 (6 oz) mild green canned chiles
1 cup (8 oz) stuffed olives, sliced

I like spinach chicken and shrimp alfredo past I invented it myself you get not quit a cup or 2 of spinach and you get about 2 cups of pasta and a cup of alfreo and a cup of chicken and shrimp it's awsome I just guess on how much ingridients I do it so I dont have to worry about measuring it's really good and easyWww@FoodAQ@Com

You can saute some green pepper, onion and chop up some hot peppers too!.
Cook 2 cups of Spanish rice, mix is fine!.
When all cooked mix in the Spanish Rice!. The Uncles Bens plastic package of Spanish rice is perfect!. It is 1 1/2 to 2 cups uncooked!.

6 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 pound large fresh shrimp, peeled and de-veined
Special Equipment: skewers
In a small bowl, whisk oil, lime juice, vinegar, sugar, and crushed red pepper!.
In a shallow dish or re-sealable plastic bag, combine bell pepper, onion, pineapple, chicken, and shrimp!. Pour lime mixture over chicken mixture; cover dish or seal bag, and place in the refrigerator to for 4 to 6 hours to marinate!.
Heat grill to 350 to 400 degrees F!.
Using tongs, remove chicken, vegetable pieces, pineapple and shrimp from marinade, discarding the marinade!. Onto the skewers, thread 1 piece of chicken; 1 piece of pepper, 1 piece of onion, and 1 piece of pineapple, alternating to fill the skewer!. Do the same thing with the shrimp alternating shrimp, pepper, onion, and pineapple to fill the skewer!.
Place chicken kabobs on the grill, cover with grill lid, and cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughout, with no pink center, turning occasionally!.
Place shrimp kabobs on the grill, cover with grill lid over and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, and are cooked throughout, turning once!.
Remove skewers from grill and serve immediately!.
