You could cut it up and make some kabobs!.!.!. Flash the meat on the grill!.
Or you could maybe make some fajitas!.
roast beef sandwiches are always good!.
Maybe some beef stew!.
Make some beef style gyros!.
Just a few ideasWww@FoodAQ@Com

Inventiveness is something fun I think, you may think of dry rubbing the meat with some favorite spices like

Garlic
Onion
Peppers: Black ground corn, and Cayanne
Ginger
and Sugar

You may like the way this tastes but it's a bit new to others, you can marinade the meat in Ginger ale inside a ziplock bag overnight, or just make a quickie Ranch Dressing!.

Ranch Dressing:

Onion
Garlic
Sour Cream
Butter
Shredded Cheeses (1-4) like Cheddar Sharp or Mild, Parmesean, Provalone or Mozzarella!.

Bake it with whole coves of garlic and a few sliced and minced cloves, and Onion, Veggies like carrot and Bell peppers and sliced Ginger and Cinnamon Powder!.

Nacho Cheese Sauce is Cheddar and Tomato and Garlic, onion, and peppers together with butter and sour cream for added gumption!.

You could go for a pesto sauce accompaniment

Pesto sauce:

Olive oil (Extra Virgin Preferred)
Garlic
Onion
Basil
Spinach
Cilantro/Coriander Seeds and Greens: [Plant a few raw seeds in a planter of a tin baking dish with nursery soil as a herb bed they are good all year round in the house!]

Parmesean Cheese
Romano Cheese
Rosemary
Thyme
Oregano
Sage
Mustard seeds
Fenugreek Leaf and seeds and seed sprouts!.!.!.

And Customized curry is a real treat for the palette!.
the base of it is simple and is easy to suit to taste and as a bonus you can add it to your light brown or white Gravy!

Basic Curry :

Tumeric [the yellow part]
Fenugreek seeds and leaves
Cumin seeds
Black Cumin seeds
Honey
Brown Sugar
Coriander seeds
Mustard seeds
Minced garlic or pasted with butter
Onion and/or Chives
Bay Laurel Leaves
Cinnamon powder
whole ground lemon and Lime (1 and 1 skin and everything)0
Hot Peppers or Ginger suited to taste (to heat)
or
Young Tamarind meat (for tart sweet fruity taste)
or ripe tamarind (for a sweeter fruity taste)
Pumpkin Spices is easy and goes with meat rather nice itself but in curry it's an over the top standard

Ginger ; Cinnamon ; Nutmeg ; Alspice ; Raw Coarse brown Sugar; and any likeable tasting fruit!. to surprise the senses while cooking and eating!

Melt (not boil) butter (I generally use a stick) in a sauce pan, add flour and stir until it's like a crumbly, non-sticky dough!. Add beef broth, a cup at a time, until it reaches the consistency you desire!. Keep stirring over low-medium heat!.

Slice your roast and serve to everyone !.!.!. those who want the gravy may now add it!. Those who don't (were there any drippings from the roast!? if yes, make au jus) perhaps ketchup or bbq sauce!?

Hope this helpsWww@FoodAQ@Com
