If she is craving salty things, you could make her bacon or breakfast sausage with either scrambled eggs or an omelet with cheese (my favorite being American cheese but provolone is good, too), either toast or an English muffin with some fruit jam!. You could actually add cooked and crumbled bacon into the omelet, instead of serving it on the side!.
A recipe my family really like is called Brunch Bites:

-1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

-1/2 teaspoon salt
-2 cloves garlic, crushed
-2/3 cup milk (I use 2% milk, but you could use what you like)
1!. Mix all ingredients together!.
2!. Spread mixture in a greased 9"x13" pan!.
3!. Bake until golden brown in a 350 degree oven, about 25-30 minutes!.
4!. Cut into one-inch pieces (if desired)!.
I hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In the specialty dept!. in the super market, try to find KIPPERS, they come in pairs, so dad gets one too!.
When I had a boy baby I was crazy for mashed potatoes and fish!. Anything salty!. When I had a girl, just home made puddings, creme caramel, and fruit!. But as it is breakfast I think a nice poached smoked kipper, (put it in a pan with hot water and simmer for 3 minutes) drain, serve with hot buttered toast, a pot of English tea, and a glass of grapefruit juice, home squeezed for freshness!. It will be different, and should appeal to her salty side!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can make her a nice fruit salad (pineapple, strawberries, grapes, melon) with a yogurt dipping sauce on the side (you can buy that in the store)!.
Maybe some eggs which she can spice herself so she can get that salt she is craving!.
Some nice scones (bakery at the grocery store should have them) with jam and cream (whipped fresh is best) on the side so if she is feeling icky she can skip it!.
also, offer a foot rub to her! I know that is something she will appreciate!Www@FoodAQ@Com
