Question: What part of the body do these fruits and vegetables help!?
I need to know what the following fruits and vegetables do for you OR what they grow on!. (one or the other)!. For what they're good for, it kinda has to be easy to understand for a little kid (example: carrots- good for the eyes), since its suppose to be a childrens book!.

good for the boold, blueberrry has a lot of antioxidants

corn - complex carb not really good for anything but high in fiber

carrots,cantalope- works just like any other K vitamin rich fruit or veggie good for the eyes and brain

cherry - grate source of vitammin C


dates - high in iorn and calsium good for your blood and brain


eggplant- has enzimes that helps the brain nurons gives great thinking power
