Mushrooms, Onions, and Green Peppers
Fried or grilled or Sautéd, Sliced or Diced, This combo is great on Steak, Brauts, Sausage, and basicly any meat sandwich!.
To Sauté:
Over medium heat melt a small amount of butter in a pan
Add the onions!.
When the onions are limp add the Peppers!.
When peppers are getting soft and the onions are nearly transparent, add the Mushrooms!. (mushrooms tend to lose moisture fast, thats why their last)
Sauté about 2 min after the mushrooms go in!.
Serve hot
If you like also use Provolone cheese and Steak sauce (I prefer A1 brand)Www@FoodAQ@Com

We cut up sweet gerkin pickles & of course fried onions, fried peppers, you might be able to get them in strips from a sald bar in different colors like green, yellow, orange red, look at the salad bar to ideas!. Do you want to throw some sliced mushrooms in the pan!? how about lettuce & tomatoe!. You can also experiment with different sauces!. We just use mayo but you can try all kinds of things!. I also like to peel up about 6 potatoes & cut in 8 peices each!. Boil for about 20 minutes but don't let them cook too much, test with a fork!. You want them nice enough for some potatoe salad & it is best if you do this the day before!. Chill the potatoes & add a chopped up hard boiled egg!. a little mustard & enough mayo to keep it together & chopped celery or celery seed is great & a little bit of vinegar!. Some great potatoe chips & put the potato salad on chip & eat this is a nice side for your sandwhich!. & a pickle !. I think they are called kosher spears they are sliced!. A nice cold birch beer or favorite flavored soda!. Burp! oops sorry but it is soooo perfect!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Two ways to go on this!.!.!.
very plain or the works!.
plain:
filet mignon sliced very thin
cooked in garlic, more garlic and butter
eat rare on soft buttered buns like hamburger buns!.
this is my family favourite - I can feed me and my kids this for less than McDonalds!.
the works:
any steak sliced very thin or use beef fondue meat!.
fried onions, white melty cheese provolone, swiss or mozzarella, fried green peppers and mushrooms!. In the fried onions I squirt a bit of barbeque and hot sauce not much you don't want to overwhelm the meat taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
