Finely ground beef?!

Question: Finely ground beef!?
I want really fine ground beef to make dumplings with!. Can I put the ground beef in a blender!?

I have a regular sized blender and a magic bullet!.

I'm from a tiny town and they can't finely grind the beef like i want it :( and the regular ground beef makes for horrible dumplings!.!.!.

If i CAN put it in a blender, should I do it before or after i cook the beef!.!.!.!?

Anyone who's done this before, please help me out!. lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Magic bullet will be good for what you want!. Add cut green onions and sesame oil in a pan and mix them thoroughly with your hand before putting it in the magic bullet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i normally chop it manualy but if your not use to it your arm wiil deffinitely hurt much!. the blender thing is okay dont cook the meat beore putting it in he blender!. put a minimal amount of meat so the machine wont wont breakif you will put som liquid in your meat better put a bit of it int the blender with the meat so it wont be to hard or the blender and wont breakWww@FoodAQ@Com

DON'T PUT IT IN A BLENDER!!!

You'll ruin your good blender!!! What you can do is use to sharp knives and chop chop chop your way to fine ground beef!!!

Place the ground beef on a clean chopping board and chop your blues away!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would guess after since raw beef would tend to just get mushy and cake the insides of the blender!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
