Answers:
sorry, but eggs are very essential in any recipe if it's called for!. the eggs are a binder to hold the other ingredients together!. go to the store and get some eggs!. there is no replacement for eggs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Visit the store (or I second asking the neighbor)!. Unfortunately baking is one of those meticulous parts of cooking where if you don't have the right measurements of things it will ruin the entire dish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have used sour cream instead of eggs and it worked, however you might want to add 2-3 tablespoons and see how consistent your dough is--may need to adjust it a little by adding a little moreWww@FoodAQ@Com

There is no really satisfactory substitute for egg, but there are plenty of egg-free cookie recipes, try Google!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Might want to try some mayo , it's made from eggs !.Www@FoodAQ@Com

personally, I would knock on my neighbor's door and borrow an eggWww@FoodAQ@Com
