I havent made this in a very long time but I think it has everything your looking for!. If not sorry tried my best and best wishes!.
Breakfast Strata
1? hours | 30 min prep | SERVES 12 -16
You can add any meat, cheese or veggie to this dish just have fun with it!.
Ingredients

1 lb sliced bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

2 cups chopped cooked ham

1 small onion, chopped

8-10 slices white bread, cubed

2 cups cubed cooked potato

3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (12 oz)

8 egg

3 cups milk

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dry mustard

salt and pepper

Directions

In a skillet, cook bacon until done!.

Remove bacon from skillet, leaving drippings in the pan!.

Add ham and onion to skillet!.

Cook and stir until onion is tender!.

Drain grease from ham and onion!.

In a bowl, combine bacon, ham, and onion!.

In a greased 13x9x2 baking dish, layer half the bread cubes, potatoes, and cheese, in that order!.

Top with all of the bacon mixture!.

Repeat another layer of bread, potatoes, and cheese!.

In a bowl, beat the eggs!.

Add milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper to the eggs!.

Pour over all in the baking dish!.

Cover and refrigerate overnight!.

Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking!.

Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 65-70 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Easy Brunch Casserole

6 slices bread, preferably whole grain
2 tbsp softened butter
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 cub shredded cheddar cheese
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp black pepper

butter a 2 quart shallow casserole dish

spread bead with softened butter and cut it into 1/2 inch cubes!. arrange bread cubes in prepared casserole dish!. sprinkle with ham and cheese!.

beat eggs, milk, mustard, and pepper in medium bowl and pour over ingredients in dish!. cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight

preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit!. bake casserole, uncovered, until golden brown, about 45-50 minutes!.

HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

2 lbs!. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes (thawed)
1 bunch green onions, chopped
sweet pepper chopped (red – green – yellow – orange – or a mixture of all)
1 lb!. Sausage, cooked until pink disappears, crumbled
1 cup ham cubes
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 small can sliced black olives
2 – 8oz!. packages of shredded cheese
? cup milk
12 eggs beaten
Tabasco (optional)
sour cream & salsa (optional)

Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan, wipe excess with paper towel!.
Spread potatoes on bottom (cand be lightly browned in a skillet first if desired)
Sprinkle sausage over potatoes…then
Peppers…
Mushrooms…
Ham!.!.
Onions (reserve about ? cup)
Mix eggs & milk together……!.I added about 2 TBLS!. Tabasco…more to your taste… pour slowly over all!.
Cover with shredded cheese…!.then sprinkle over all
Remaining onions…
Olives…
Bacon…
Cover and refrigerate overnight!.
Uncover and bake at 375 degrees for 35 – 45 minutes…until browned and cheese is melted!.

A ham casserole with noodles and cheddar cheese, great potluck casserole recipe or a family meal in one pot!.

INGREDIENTS:
4 ounces medium noodles
6 ouncesfrozen broccoli spears
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon prepared brown mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups milk
2 cup grated mild Cheddar cheese
2 cups cooked diced ham
1/3 cup slivered toasted almonds*

PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350°!.
Cook noodles following package directions; drain!. Cook broccoli just until tender!.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter; blend in flour, salt, prepared mustard, and pepper!.
Stir until smooth and bubbly!. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened; remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted!. Dice broccoli stalks; leave flowerets intact!. In an 8-inch square baking dish, arrange noodles, broccoli stems, and ham; pour cheese sauce over all!. Arrange the flowerets over the top, pressing down a bit!. Sprinkle with almonds!. Bake ham casserole for about 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly!.

*To toast nuts, spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet!. Toast in a 350° oven, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes!. Or, toast in an ungreased skillet over medium heat, stirring, until golden brown and aromatic!.

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper (about half of a small bell pepper)
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs, tossed with a few teaspoons melted butter

PREPARATION:
Cook and drain macaroni, following package directions; place in a large mixing bowl!. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium low heat!. Add chopped onion, mushrooms, and chopped green bell pepper!. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 4 minutes, or until onion is softened and mushrooms are browned!. Add skillet mixture to macaroni with chopped olives, shredded cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper, ham, and milk; stir gently to mix thoroughly!. Transfer to a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish!. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over the top of macaroni and ham casserole; bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes, or until ham casserole is bubbly and breadcrumbs are lightly browned!.

Breakfast Strudel: Makes 2 strudels

Ingredients
1 box (1!.1 lb!.) puff pastry dough (pepperidge farm works best)
2 t!. Unsalted butter
1 cup Frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
1 cup Red or green bell peppers, seeded, diced
1/2 cup Onion, diced
1 cup Smoked ham, diced
11 Eggs
2 t!. Minced fresh chives
4 oz!. Cream cheese, softened
2 t!. Orange juice
1 Egg
1 t!. Water
2 t!. Parmesan cheese,shredded

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°!.
Thaw pastry according to package directions, about 30 minutes!.
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat!.
Add potatoes and saute 5 minutes!.
Stir in bell pepper and onion; saute 3 minutes, then add ham!.
Whisk eggs and chives together!. Add them to the pan and scramble just until set!. Season with salt and pepper to taste!.
Stir in cream cheese and juice off heat until blended!. Refrigerate eggs while working with the pastry!.

Unfold a pastry sheet on a work surface that's been lightly dusted with flour!. Roll pastry lengthwise to 12" x 10", then transfer to a piece of parchment cut to fit a baking sheet!. Trim pastry, fill with half the egg mixture, and braid as shown on the web site www!.cuisineathome!.com

Fold up the flaps at both ends, then braid the strips across the filling!.
Repeat with remaining pastry and egg filling!. Lift parchment and strudels onto baking sheets!.

Combine the remaining egg and water; brush over top of strudels!.

How about a cold casserole!.!.!.like pasta salad!.!.!.!.instead of cooking one!.!.!.!.!.

Get a bag or box of your favorite pasta shapes like bow ties, elbows, penne, etc!.
Follow cooking instructions!.!.!.then drain and set aside !.
Chop the following the amount depends on how many you are going to serve!. Start out with a cup of each main ingredients and about 1/2 cup of the other ingredients!.

Hard boil some eggs!.!.!.!.!.!.figure out how many people you are going to serve then serve each person 2 or 3 halves!.!.!. then chill
Pasta Salad ingredients!.!.!.
1 cup chopped celery into bite size pieces
1/2 cup pickle relish sweet or bread and butter style
1 1/2 cup of miracle whip or mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 cup chopped scallions or red onion
1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
frozen peas thawed
2 cups cooked ham your choice cut into bite sized pieces
2/3 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
black pepper ground
1 small jar of drained pimento

Mix all ingredients together add the drained pasta place in large bowl taste for seasoning then cover tightly chill overnight!.!.!.

When it's time to serve !.!.!.!.!.place on platter lined with a variety of lettuce leaves!.!.!.!.!.you can buy some jars of pickled beets, peaches or crab apples for extra additions to serve in separate dishes along with this salad!.!.!.!.it will add color and a nice combination of flavors!.!.!.!.

also get some real nice dinner rolls like parker house style or potato dinner rolls!.!.!.!.along with butter for spreading!.!.!.

A pitcher of iced tea with lemons on a plate and sugar cubes would be attractive and taste good!.!.!.!.

People eat with their eyes first!.!.!.

Some slices of navel oranges are great too on a serving plate!.!.!.they are refreshing!.!.!.!.and good after eating just about anything

For a easy dessert!.!.!.how about vanilla ice cream layered with peaches and blueberries!.!.!.and some granola cereal for sprinkles!.!.!.served in " on the rocks" drinking glasses!.!.!.the fruit is great from the freezer section at the grocery store!.!.the work is already done for you !.

PS!.!.I FORGOT THE HARD BOILED EGGS!.!.!.remove from refrigerator peel under running water and slice these can be added to the pasta salad or made into "deviled eggs" cut in half then scoop out the yolks!.!.!.set the whites aside while you mash the yolks with !.!.!. yellow mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and dash of hot sauce!.!.!.!.!.stuff back into whites of eggs!.!.!.sprinkle with paprika!.!.!.chill before serving!.!.!.can be made the night before!.!.!.!.SO GLAD I REMEMBERED BEFORE CLICKING!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Veggie and Ham Hashbrown Egg Bake


Ingredients:
1-32 oz!. frozen Southern style
hashbrowns (loose)
1 stick (1/2 c!.) butter, melted
1 tbs!. onion salt
3/4 loaf white bread cut into cubes,
no crust
2 c!. grated Monterey Jack
2 1/2 to 3 c!. grated cheddar cheese (divided)
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1/4 c!. chopped green pepper
1/4 c!. chopped red pepper
1/4 c!. chopped yellow pepper
1-8 oz!. pkg!. fresh mushrooms (thinly sliced)
1 lg!. tomato, thinly sliced
1 cup ham, diced
7 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c!. milk
1 1/2 c!. half & half
1 tsp!. dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
garnish with a sprinkle of paprika or cayenne pepper and a dash of parsley flakes

Directions:
Thaw frozen hash browns in microwave for 2 minutes!. Mix in 1/2 cup butter!. Spread hashbrowns into greased 9x13 pan!. Sprinkle with onion salt!. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes!. Let cool!.

Sprinkle chopped green onions and the 2 cups of the cheddar cheese over hashbrowns!. Place bread cubes over cheese!. Microwave green, yellow and red peppers together for 2 minutes!. Sprinkle 3 pepper mixture and fresh, sliced mushrooms over bread!. Sprinkle with diced ham!. Sprinkle 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese over veggies!. Place 10 slices of tomato over cheese then 1/2 cup (or up to 1 cup) additional grated cheddar cheese over tomato!.

Beat 7 eggs; add milk, cream, dry mustard, dash of salt and pepper and beat together!. Pour over whole pan evenly!. Sprinkle top with paprika or cayenne pepper and parsley flakes (optional)!. Cover and refrigerate overnight!.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered with aluminum foil!. Uncover for 15 minutes to let brown slightly!. Let set for approximately 10 more minutes before slicing!. Serves 10 people!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ham and scalloped potatoes 6 to 8 slices of ham, Paprika,2 onion,peeled and thinly sliced,1 (10 oz!.) can cream of celery or mushroom soup, 8 to 10 medium potatoes,peeled and thinly sliced, 1 c!. grated Cheddar or American cheese Put 1/2 ham,potatoes,and onions in crock pot!. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then grated cheese!. Repeat with remaining 1/2!. Spoon undiluted soup over top!. Spinkle with paprika!.
