Question: Does anyone have a recipe to make 1 single muffin!?

Chocolate Muffin- [Makes 1 muffin]!.

Ingredients:

* 1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
* 2 teaspoons sugar
* 1-1/4 teaspoons baking cocoa
* 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon unsweetened applesauce
* 2 teaspoons fat-free milk
* 2 teaspoons egg substitute
* 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 teaspoon sliced almonds

Directions:

1!. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda!. In another bowl, whisk the applesauce, milk, egg substitute and vanilla until smooth!. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened!. Coat muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray; fill three-fourths full with batter!. Sprinkle with almonds!. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done!. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan to a wire rack!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

* 1 tablespoon milk
* 1-1/4 teaspoons vegetable oil
* 1/8 egg
* 1 tablespoon mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
* 3/4 teaspoon white sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar


1!. Heat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C)!. Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups or line with baking cups!.
2!. In a medium bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, chocolate chips, and salt; mix well!. In a small bowl, combine milk, oil and egg; blend well!. Add dry ingredients all at once; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened (batter will be lumpy!.)
3!. Fill cups 2/3 full!. Sprinkle tops of muffins before baking with a combination of 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoon brown sugar!.
4!. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean!. Cool 1 minute before removing from pan!. Serve warm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
