Here ya go!.!.!.!.A clone for IHOP Pancakes!.!.!.
1-1/4 c!. flour
1 egg
1/4 c!. sugar
1 heaping tsp!. baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 c oil
1-1/4 c buttermilk
pinch salt!.
Mix well!. These are pretty good!. I have used plain milk when I didn't have buttermilk!. Watch them so they don't burn!.!.

Top Secret Ihop Pancakes
Nonstick spray
1 1/4 c Flour
1 Egg
1/4 c Sugar
1 Heaping tsp!. baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 c Cooking oil
Preheat a killet over medium heat!. Use a pan wiht a nonstick surface or
apply a little nonstick spray!. In a blender or with a mixer, combine all
of the remaining ingredients until smooth!. Pour the batter by spoonfuls
into the hot pan, forming 5" circles!. When the edges appear to harden,
flip the pancakes!. They should be light brown!. Cook on the other disde for
same amount of time, until light brown!.
I have found that with your regular pancake mix add club soda instead of milk or water!. I have used sprite and it worked too!. They will be 'fluffy'Www@FoodAQ@Com

beat the eggwhites separately, then fold gently into the batter!. Wait for the pan to heat up to just the right temperature (I get impatient and start with really high heat, and then have to turn it down and wait after I've torched a few, it's not a good system), then flip when you just begin to see bubbles on the surface!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Beaten egg whites make them fluffy!.
Add seltzer to your batter!.
Add baking powder!.
Only cook the one side till it starts to bubble on top, then flip and give it another 1/2 minute or so!.

I have heard the using carbonated water helps make the batter fluffy!. I have not tried it (I am a waffle or french toast person )Www@FoodAQ@Com
