ENERGY SMOOTHIE WITH FRUIT:
1 cup vanilla soymilk
1 cup firm light tofu (about 6 oz)
3/4 cup fresh blueberries (or 1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened)
2 scoops soy-protein powder (1 scoop is about 3 tbsp)
1 tsp almond extract
Place all ingredients in blender and mix on high until smooth and creamy!.
The skinny 207 calories per serving, 3 g fat, 24 g protein
ANOTHER ENERGY SMOOTHIE WITH STRAWBERRIES:
1/2 cup orange juice
4 to 6 strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 banana
