Recipe for marshmallows?!
I have a very large supply of mini marshmallows!.!.!.!.and i want to make cookies or bars or something!. any recipes for a sweet treat involving marshmallows!? thank you! all ideas apreciated! and i know about s'mores please no s'more recipes! lol thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chocolate Marshmallow Refrigerator Dessert
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
8 ounces marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
2 squares (1 ounce each) semisweet
chocolate, coarsely grated
PREPARATION:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into bottom and up sides of pie plate or refrigerator tray!. Melt marshmallows in the milk over low heat, stirring frequently!. Cool!. Add vanilla; fold in cream and chocolate!. Pour into crumb crust; chill thoroughly!.

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup margarine
1 package caramels, unwrapped
1 package marshmallows
2 cups Rice Krispies
Combine milk, margarine and caramels in double boiler over simmering water until melted!. Individually dip each marshmallow in mixture with a wooden pick, then roll in Rice Krispies!. Cool on wax paper!.

2 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups whipping cream, whipped
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 32 squares)
1/2 cup butter, melted
In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows and milk!. Remove from the heat!. Cool, stirring occasionally!.
Stir in lemon extract!. Fold in pineapple and whipped cream!.
Combine cracker crumbs and butter!. Press 1 1/2 cups into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan!. Spread with the pineapple mixture!. Sprinkle with the remaining crumb mixture!. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving!.

1!. In a saucepan on low heat, combine marshmallows and milk!.Cook until marshmallows are melted, and mixture starts to boil!. Remove from heat!.

quickly fold in remaining marshmallow until no streaks remain!.

3 ? cup frozen whipped topping -- thawed (1 cool whip container)
2 cup shredded coconut
2 cup miniature marshmallows
? cup milk
10 oz maraschino cherries with juice

1!. In a large bowl, combine the oranges, pineapple, whipped topping, coconut, marshmallows and milk!.
2!. Mix together well and chill 1 hour before serving!. Garnish with cherries!.
Recipe Notes
For thicker salad, omit milk!.

Rocky Road:
Cooking Time 12 minutes
Makes 24
Ingredients
85g (1 cup) desiccated coconut
115g (1 cup) walnut pieces, roughly chopped
2 x 200g pkts dark chocolate
30g copha, finely chopped
1 x 250g pkt marshmallows
Method
Line base and sides of a 16!.5 x 26cm lamington pan with baking paper!.
Place the coconut in an oven bag and twist the bag to close!. Place on the microwave turntable and cook on High/800watts/100%, shaking the bag every minute, for 2-4 minutes or until the coconut is lightly toasted!. Remove from microwave and transfer the coconut to a plate to cool!.
Place the walnuts in an oven bag and twist the bag to close!. Cook on High/800watts/100%, shaking the bag every minute, for 2-3 minutes or until the walnuts are lightly toasted!. Transfer to plate with the coconut!.
Break the chocolate into evenly-sized pieces and place into a heatproof, microwave-safe bowl!. Add the copha pieces!. Heat, uncovered, on Medium/500watts/50%, stirring every minute with a metal spoon, for 4-5 minutes or until the chocolate and copha melts!. Remove from the microwave and stir until smooth!.
Add the coconut, walnuts and marshmallows and stir until well combined!. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan!. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or until set!. Cut into 24 squares!.
Notes & tips
Prep: 5 mins (+ 2 hours setting time)

I use the mini marshmallows on top of brownies!. Bake the brownies as you normally would!. When you remove them from the oven, cover with the marshmallows!. The hot brownies cause them to melt and become a nice gooey frosting!. You can also top the marshmallows with chips (chocolate, butterscotch, peanut butter) and they will melt along with the marshmallows!. Really a great tasting dessert!
