Question: I've got this bread mix which I've used before!?
and the bread comes out really nice and soft, but I want to make something different other than plain bread, what can I put into it to make it more interesting!? I thought about raisins but thats quite dull anyway! I'm allergic to peanuts so no nuts will be involved in the production of my bread product!Www@FoodAQ@Com

make your own seasoning mix of 50/50 using Basil & Oregano!.!.!.mix it into the dough and make Italian Bread!.

Shape the loaf and slice down the middle lengthwise!. Mix crushed garlic & olive oil and drizzle / pour along the slit ( get it into the slit) and you'll have Garlic Bread!.!.!. Wrap it with Alum!. Foil before placing in oven!.

Added twist!.!.!.mix mushrooms into the dough for either of the above!.!.!.
You could always break it into little pieces to make dinner rolls !.!.!. each piece about two inches tall and three inches across!. !.!.!.!.
I'm sure you could even make Pretzels out of the dough!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Olives and herbs and some cheese would be great together!.

Or try dried cranberries and orange zest with the raisins!. Raisins and cranberries aren't boring if you soak them in a little rum or vodka!.It plumps them up and they taste better!. Dried cherries work too, try them all together!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I make olive bread - tastes great, you basically add a cup full of black olives to the mix!.
Usually to a wholemeal bread mix!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you could add your favorite cheese to the mix!.

if you like mediteranean!.
try black olives, feta chese and roasted tomatoes!.
