Question: I cooked salmon!.!.!.!?
On Sunday I baked some salmon, is it still good for leftovers tonight, thursday!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends upon your refrigerator temperature!. I have mine set so the bottom shelf is 33 degrees (and the time limit for anyone keeping the 'fridge door open is 30 seconds!)!. My 'fridge, also, has tempered glass shelves!. It's unlikely your 'fridge is as cold so I wouldn't take the gamble!. When checking shelf temperature, for an accurate reading, put a thermometer into a glass of water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Probably!. Salmon is a pretty sturdy fish!. It doesn't spoil as quickly as lots of other fish!. Give it a smell first!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
