Answers:
Hello! I should tell you first that every bbq cooks at different rates- so I would make sure to watch the food carefully as you cook it and use your own judgement!. But for me its:

Chicken Breasts -
- low heat, about 6 min first side and 5 min second side!. - flipping once!.
Pork Chops (no bone)
- med heat - 7 min per side
Steaks- I use really thick steaks and like them rare!. so its high heat about 4-5min for the first side, then 1 min for the other side!.
Burgers - do not squish them down!. if you handle them gently you will end up with a much juicier burger!. When the edges have gone grey about 5mm-1cm in, and there are droplets of moisture on the surface, i flip and leave it there!. I have to admit I almost always cut one in half when I think its ready and have a good look!. (that's usually my one) Only because we always have them very well done!. You never can tell with mince!

General Tips -
1!. don't move the meat around!. leave it where it is or lift it occasionally to see how well its cooked!. When that side has finished cooking (just before half way overall) then oil, butter or baste the raw side before you flip!. If you don't do this it will tear rip and stick to the grill!.
2!. Don't squash the meat down!. It might make a nice sizzle sound but it makes the meat go chewy and dry!.
3!. Don't overcook your meat- even chicken and pork!. most meat tastes ALOT better if just undercooked!. Don't forget it keeps cooking after you remove it from the grill, unless you are bbqing in a snowstorm!. If its red meat like duck beef or lamb, you can have that just seared and it will be fine!. For chicken and pork, take it to just before 100% cooked (like slightly pink) and remove, then cover with foil to serve!. It will not only keep it warm but the juices in the meat will relax and finish cooking to a safe level!.
4!. Buy the best quality meat you can find!. If you have good quality meat, all it needs is pepper, salt and some TLC for the best bbq you will ever taste!.
5!. After you are done bbqing, put all the knobs to high and let it go for about 5 min!. Get some stale bread and throw it on there!. Push it around with your tongs!. The bread absorbs and helps clean into nooks and crannies!. Other things I have used are paper towels and newspapers (only on the hot plate)!. On the steel bars you need a metal bristle brush!. If the black stuff is really crusted on, use oil and NOT WATER to clean it off!. The water will make everything stick in future!.
6!. If you want to do low and slow but don't want the mess, use a disposable aluminium baking tray and put your chicken legs etc in that before putting it on the bbq!. You might want to close the lid while cooking them though so you still get some smokey flavours!.
7!. Start your bbq on low!. You can always build up the heat later, but its very difficult to bring the heat back down, therefore burning everything you put on there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

BBQ grilling is more by sight then timing!. You can see if the food is ready by beef shrink the sliding a knife into the center!. Chops you can Tell if they are ready by just looking at them, steak use a knife to check center!. If you are using a BBQ sauce soak your food into it over night then use a brush to smother it on while cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
