Answers:
I do this often!. It isn't a real recipe but here it goes:
Chop a large onion and put it in the bottom of the crock pot
season your chops with salt and pepper
cook on low for about 6-8 hours
I like to cook them untill they fall apart
I add the BBQ sauce towards the end, pull apart chops with forks!.!.!.mix up with the sauce
let it reheat for a bit!.
this is like pulled pork
serve on buns, serve coleslaw on the side or in sandwich
I also some times use salsa verde instead of BBQ sauce, use the meat for tacos or burritos!.
The onion in the bottom produces moisture and flavor!.
Enjoy!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cooks!.com has several recipes which might help you!. I have never put pork chops in a crockpot!. I have used an electric skillet to cook them with cream of mushroom soup, brown gravy, and potatoes, over medium to low heat for about 3 hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
