Answers:
the substitution for cocoa to chocolate is this:
1 oz unsweetened chocolate (1 square)=3 Tbsp!. cocoa+1 Tbsp butter (or some other fat, like margarine or shortening)

if you use milk chocolate it will be sweeter, but should workWww@FoodAQ@Com

Warm some milk slowly on the stove and add either honey or brown sugar to make it sweet then slowly whisk in the cocoa powder and all a little salt, like a pinch, to bring out the sweetness and if you want a little kick a pinch of cayenne (the Mexicans do that) it's so yummy!.

It's how I make hot chocolate and it's better than that packaged stuff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, as far as I know you need the chocolate in a solid form to make the chocolates to make the ones that you eat!. If you are drinking it then yes it is fine, just make it like the container recommends!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

of course!. that sounds good actually (:Www@FoodAQ@Com
