How can I use my up my spinach before it goes bad?!
It is only like 3/4 of a bag, but Im only cooking for one, so it doesnt need to have like 10 portions!.

Spinach cooks WAY down!. You won't have much after it cooks, even if you barely wilt it!.
Lightly saute it in olive oil, with a touch of garlic and crushed red pepper until it is barely wilted!. It will not be a huge serving!.
Eat it alone as a veggie side (sprinkle a little Parmesan on it), or add it to a pasta dish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

of us have had a bag of salad or spinach just sitting there in our fridge, slowly decaying!. If the leaves are just dry, you can put them in a bowl of water to invigorate them!. This normally makes them edible!. If you don't have time to cook the spinach before it goes bad you can put it in the freezer until you need it!. Sadly, when salad or spinach starts to go soggy, there's just nothing we can do to resurrect it!. Instead of chucking the whole lot in the bin -- bag and all -- we suggest you compost it!. Many councils now give discounts on composts bins!. Even if you live in a city and only have a tiny outdoor space you might be able to do it using a Bokashi bin!. But obviously, the very best advice we can give is: Just eat your greens!.

I really like to drizzle a small bit of oil in a sauté pan, then when it gets warm stuff all your spinach in there and cover until the spinach is done!. If you have a little feta cheese crumble it on top while still warm and use as a side!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
either make a salad with red onions, raisins or dried cranberries, bleu or goat cheese, and walnuts with a peanut vinaigrette or saute it with olive oil, black pepper, kosher salt, mushrooms, onions, and garlic!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
