Have to be salt!.!. I even use it in cakes and cookies!.!.
I like to use garlic in my meals and typically every meal will have some garlic!. We also use a lot of olive oil, this was the first year we actually ran out of our oil!.(we grow olives)!. Now we are feeling the pains of how expensive it is to buy,!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rock salt!.!.!. and mixed peppercorns!. Bit boring, but there you go!. I also love worcestershire sauce, lea & perrins naturally!.!. so we have to have minced beef at least once a week, in one form or another!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well this applies to non -dessert cooking lol, and I like your olive oil answer, -that's borderline number one, but I do a lot of Asian cooking too and the olive oil doesn't always fit in there!. However garlic fits into my cooking more frequently!. Fresh of course, not powder or stuff in a jar!. Whether it's a lot for something like hummus, or a little bowl rub for a salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
