Mahi mahi in the oven?!

Question: Mahi mahi in the oven!?
My friend brought my a bunch of fresh mahi mahi from NC and I had some yesterday he had grilled after marinating in italian dressing!.

My plan is to thaw (it's been frozen and vaccuum sealed) it in room temp water while it marinates!. My question is what is the ideal way to cook it if you dont have a grill!?

I was thinking wrap it in aluminum foil and throw it in the oven, but at what temp!? or does anyone have any other ideas!?

Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Bake it in the oven at 375* for about 25-35 minutes!. Until it's fork tender!!! Foil or no foil that is absolutely up to you!!!

If you are baking and wanting to add some marinade (which is always good) then make it into a packet and add marinade!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put crushed black pepper on it and any other seasonings you like, put in hot cast iron skillet and cook 2 minutes on each side and let it cool, it will be good and done just like on the grill!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
