Bavarian cream help?!
i'm making chocolate raspberry bavarian cream cake for mothers' day and i have to make it today because i won't be free on saturday!. will the cream seep or won't set or be gooey or whatever that may go wrong if i make it a day earlier!?

I don't know what recipe you are using but when I make egular Bavarian Cream cakes (my husbands fav) I actually like to make it a day ahead!. It really seems to improve the texture!. I haven't had a problem with them getting soggy!. Just keep it refrigerated until serving time!.

I think if you make today it should be fine!.!.!.but I would treat it like pudding and put plastic wrap on top so that it doesnt get that film on top of it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
