*2 Minute Microwave Fudge

1 lb powdered sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

1!.Sift powdered sugar, cocoa, and salt into a 1 quart microwave safe bowl!.
2!.Stir in milk and vanilla!.
3!.Mix well!.
4!.Place butter on top!.
5!.Microwave on high, 2 minutes!.
6!.Beat with wooden spoon until smooth!.
7!.Stir in nuts (OPTIONAL)!.
8!.Spread in 8 X 8 X 2 inch baking pan!.
9!.Chill about 1 hour or until firm!.
10!.Cut into 36 pieces!.


*MICROWAVE EASY FUDGE

1 lb!. powdered sugar (1 lb!. = 3 1/2 c!. sifted)
1/2 c!. cocoa
1/4 c!. milk (4 tbsp!.)
1/4 c!. butter
1 tsp!. vanilla
1/2 c!. chopped nuts

Lightly grease an 8-inch square dish or line with wax paper!. Set aside!. Place powdered sugar and cocoa in a medium-sized, heat-resistant mixing bowl!. Stir to mix!. Add milk and butter to sugar and cocoa mix!. DO NOT STIR!.
Heat uncovered on HIGH for 2 minutes!. After heating, stir just to combine ingredients!. Add vanilla and nuts!. Stir until blended!. Pour into prepared dish; refrigerate for at least 1 hour!. Cut and serve!.

*MARSHMALLOW CREME FUDGE

One 11 oz!.bag milk chocolate chips
One cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups granulated sugar
1 jar marshmallow creme
1 can (5oz!.) evaporated milk
6 Tbs!. butter
2 tbs!. corn syrup
1 tsp!. vanilla extract
3/4-1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Line 9 inch square pan with foil!. Butter foil or spray with Pam, and put aside!.
Combine sugar, syrup, milk, butter and put in a heavy saucepan, which has been buttered all the way to the top!.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a full boil!. Boil, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes, (no longer)!. Remove from heat; add chocolate chips, (which have been warmed in the microwave), and vanilla!.
Stir in marshmallow creme and stir until smooth, and well blended!. Pour into prepared pan, and cool for several hours!. Cut into squares!.

* Fantasy Chocolate Fudge

3/4 cup margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk
3 cups sugar
1 12 ounce package of chocolate chips
1 tsp!. vanilla
1 7 ounce jar of marshmallow cream
(optional - nuts or peanut butter)

In a 4 quart microwave safe bowl heat the margarine on high for 1 minute or until melted!. Add sugar and evaporated milk; mix well!. Microwave on high for 11 minutes, stirring every three minutes and scraping the bowl well!.
Add the chocolate chips and stir until melted!. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well!.
Pour into lightly greased baking pan!. Cool at room temperature!. Cut into squares!.

*Double Good Chocolate Fudge

1 (16 ounce) package of powdered sugar, sifted
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 (16 ounce) package of powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Coat a 9 inch square pan with cooking spray!. Line the bottom of the pan with wax paper and spray again!. Set pan aside!.
Combine 1 package of powdered sugar, peanut butter, and 1/4 cup plus 2 T!. of milk in a large microwave safe bowl!. Stir well!.
Stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla!. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes!. Spoon into pan!.
Place butter in microwave safe bowl!. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until melted!. Stir in 1 package powdered sugar, 1/4 cup milk, and cocoa!. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes!. Stir in 1 tsp!. vanilla and peanuts (optional)!.
Spoon mixture over peanut butter layer and let set!. Cut into squares and store in airtight container!.

*MICROWAVE EASY RAISIN FUDGE

1 1/4 c!. miniature marshmallows
1 c!. sugar
1/2 c!. Half and Half milk or evaporated milk
1/2 c!. butter, cut up
Dash salt
2 bars (4 oz!. each) sweet baking chocolate, broken into pieces
1/2 c!. chopped nuts (optional)

Combine marshmallows, sugar, Half and Half milk, butter and salt in 3 quart casserole!. Mix well!. Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes, or until marshmallows puff!. Stir until mixture is blended and most marshmallows are melted!. Add chocolate, nuts and vanilla!. Stir until chocolate melts!. Pour into buttered 9-inch square baking dish or buttered loaf dish!. Chill for at least 3 hours, or until set!.

*MICROWAVE FUDGE - QUICK 'N EASY

3 (6 oz!.) pkgs!. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz!.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Dash of salt
1/2 - 1 c!. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp!. vanilla extract

In 1 quart glass measure, combine chips with sweetened condensed milk!. Microwave on 100% power (high) 3 minutes!. Stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth!. Stir in remaining ingredients!. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 8" or 9" square pan!. Chill 2 hours or until firm!. Turn onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares!. Store loosely covered at room temperature!.

*Butterscotch Chocolate Microwave Fudge

1 (12 oz) package Butterscotch chips
1 (6 ox) package chocolate chips

Mix together and cook in microwave at 50%, uncovered, 2 to 4 minutes!. Add 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, unsalted and 1 cup crushed ripple potato chips!. Drop from teaspoon onto wax paper!.

*Three Minute Microwave Fudge

1/2 cup margarine
1 box 10x powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Dump margarine, sugar, cocoa and milk in a bowl, do not mix!. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stir until smooth!. Add vanilla and chopped nuts (optional)!. Pour into buttered 9" pan, refrigerate until hard!. Cut into 1" squares!.

* 1/2 cup cocoa
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1/2 cup butter
* 1 tablespoon vanilla
* 1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional

1 1Lb Package of Chocolate Cremes ( sold at Christmas and Bread stores!.
1 Cup of Peanut Butter

Grease glass cake pan (sm square)
In microwaveable dish, melt chocolate cremes, stir in peanut butter, put into greased pan and let cool!.

This is the best and cheapest fudge ever!. You can make the peanut butter chunky and change it up, and for an extra sweet and fluffy fudge, add on jar of marshmellow creme!
