Spinach salad with carmelized walnuts ( stir walnuts with sugar in a frying pan, until the sugar melts & coats the nuts)!. Use a store-bought Raspberry Walnut Vignarette dressing!. You can also put raspberries, or strawberries, or drained mandarin oranges into the spinach salad!.!.!.!.!.
I'd do a plain white or brown rice side (maybe add some toasted walnuts)!.!.!. and some steamed asparagus or broccoli, with just melted butter & sea salt!.!.!.!.
Chocolate goes beautifully with raspberries, and you could toss a few raspberries over the ice cream or whipped cream on the top of this one:
SUPER FUDGE PIE
1/2 c!. butter
2 sq!. unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs
1 c!. sugar
1/4 c!. flour
pinch of salt
ice cream or whipped cream
!.!.!.!.Melt butter & chocolate together over warm water!. Beat eggs in bowl and gradually add sugar!. Add flour & salt; then combine with the chocolate mixture!. Pour into an ungreased 8" pie pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 min!. Cool, then freeze!. Doesn't need to be thawed out to serve it!.!.!.Serve with ice cream or whipped cream on top!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wild rice with onions and/or some kind of nut (pine nuts, walnuts, pecans,!.!.!.) would go really well to soak up the sauce and add another dimension!. This side would also go well with the spinach salads the other answerers are suggesting, and look pretty on the plate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
mashes potatos with cajun gravy!. like the one they have at Popeyes!. the spicy goes well with the sweet!. or try some oriental noodles, goes well w/ sweet and chicken, like the one they sell at the chinese take out joint!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
A spinach salad with a light vinaigrette!. You could also do something like the chopped salad from Outback!. I would keep it simple and light since the raspberry chicken will have a very powerful flavor on its own!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I like mashed sweet potatoes with chili flakes and oregano for a little zip to contrast the sweet of the raspberry!. Plus they are something unusual!. They also work well spinach saladWww@FoodAQ@Com
