Shake'n Bake (Original Flavor)

1/2 c Plus 1 tablespoon corn flake
-crumbs
2 ts All-purpose flour
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Sugar
Scant 1/4 teaspoon garlic
-powder
Scant 1/4 teaspoon onion
-powder

The crumbs are usually bigger in Shake & Bake, than the Italian seasoned crumbs that I use!. Shake & Bake is just way too crumbly:) !.!.!. Try Dixie Fry coating mix!. It puffs up and tastes like the coating on fried chicken!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Look at the ingredients on the box, then take some fresh bread and look at the ingredients, preferably bread you make your self, you'll find your answer!. Do not use processed foods!Www@FoodAQ@Com
