Quick, can I have an idea for a tasty unique burger before a store run for a bbq?!

Ingredients for Italian Burger Recipe
Approximately 1 pound ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves (or 1 teaspoon fresh finely chopped basil)
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Optional
Mozzarella or Provolone

Preheat barbecue grill to medium heat
Mix herbs, seasonings and butter into the ground beef until it is evenly blended!.
Divide into four portions and form each portion into a firm patty!.
Cook over medium heat on the barbecue until cooked to appropriate temperature (160 degrees for medium)!.
If desired, top with slices of cheese, when the burgers are almost done cooking for cheeseburgers!.

finely chopped red onion, garlic powder, pepper, and a little bbque sauce in the burger!. squish together, make patties and grill! delicious and easy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
I've always thought that the best burgers used the old standby of a package of dry onion soup, an egg, and some fine dry bread crumbs !.!.!.!.!.!. (lots of other people on here seem to think the same way too - lol)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Worsteshire sauce, adoboe, Sauted onion and pepper if you like then bbq with some cheese on top!. I like to put mine on a kaiser roll with lettuce, tomatoe and slices raw onion!. Have fun!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
