Answers:
1!. Wash them(I usually use 4 - 5 potatoes)
2!. Cut them up into wedges
3!. Season them and make sure there's olive oil on the pan(but not too much)
4!. Pre-heat the pan(I'd say 2 - 3 min before you start putting the potatoes on it)
5!. Spread them out evenly in the pan
6!. Bake them in the oven for 30 minutes(around there) at 450 degrees!.
7!. It's best you flip them so they can be evenly cooked!.
8!. Keep checking until their golden brown!. After 20 min, pick one up and test it!. If its still hard, leave it in there!. If its soft but does not reach your "crunch standard" leave it in there until it does!. Burnt fries don't taste good!.

Serve with ketchup or mustard!. Yum!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use russet potatoes for home fries!. I wash, peel and slice them about 1/8 inch thick!.

Then I melt about 3 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add the potatoes and fry them until they are nicely browned!. Stir them very frequently while they're cooking!. If they brown too fas before the centers are cooked, turn the heat down a bit!.

Sometimes I use small red potatoes!. When I use those, I don't peel them!.

If you have bacon grease, you can use that instead of butter for extra flavor!. They're also good if you thinly slice an onion and fry that along with the potatoes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Dice them and pat dry, microwave for 2 min (for 3 potatoes)
put oil or bacon greese in a heavy pan and pre heat the pan!. spread your potatoes out in the pan- don't crowd the pan!. cook for 4-5 min until golden - flip and repeat!. precooking and not crowding helps the stickage!. good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
