what happens if you bake something that is not mixed properly!? Like im baking brownies that are mixed well i guess but there are some powder lumps that i find (i used a brownie mix instead of homestyle) will it taste bad or with it burst the powders or what!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
brownies and muffins usually only get stirred until they're blended !.!.!.!. cakes, however, need to be beaten AT LEAST 3 minutes to get enough air into to batter to make them fluffy, yet moist!. You'll notice a difference in a cake batter, after about 3 min!. of mixing!.!.!.!.(most people don't mix them long enough)Www@FoodAQ@Com

you'll be fine!. what you don't want in baking, is lumps of flour or soda or baking powder!. stuff that's gonna be an unpleasant, bitter surprise when you bite into it!. with a brownie mix, i wouldn't worry about some lumps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Brownies don't need to be stirred to death, lumps are OK!. A cake mix is a different matter!. It needs to be smooth!.
The taste will be fine unless there are so many lumps that even after being cooked contain dried powder!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it depends on how well you mixed it!.
I would try breaking up the lumps before baking!.

Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

small lumps should be fine!.!.!.they will bake out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Should be fine, that's normal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
