What are some of the herbs & spices you like to cook with?!
Answers:
Oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, parsley (fresh, flat leaf only), cumin, crushed red pepper!.
I usually use fresh garlic, but once in awhile I use powdered, especially if it's a dry rub!.

I like to cook a lot with basal, dill, mint, ginger, rosemary paprika to name a few!. Oh and also Italian seasoning, here is a very simple recipe:
1 salmon steak per person
Italian herb seasoning
olive oil
Place salmon steaks on a broiler pan or cookie sheet!. Use olive oil and sprinkle Italian herb seasoning on top!. Sometimes I throw in bread crumbs too, you can use Parmesan cheese also!.
Cook under broiler for about 7 minutes, turn steaks over, and repeat with oil and seasoning, and cook for about another 7 minutes!.
Or bake it ---use extra seasoning at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or so!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I also use most of the others mentioned but I noticed no one mentioned onion powder!. I season almost everything with it, along with garlic powder and lots of freshly ground pepper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
