Did i adjust this recipe right?!

Question: Did i adjust this recipe right!?
original recipe for crepes-
makes 20-24 crepes
Ingredients:

4 eggs
? teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
2 ? milk
? cup (? stick) melted butter or margarine

After i adjusted it-

1 egg
1/12 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup flour
1/4 stick melted butter
7/12 cup of milk

PS!. I only have one egg and thats why the recipe is soo weird but also, is there another way to measure the stuff thats in 12ths because because im not sure that they make measurments in 12ths!. And- how many crepes will my recipe make!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
ok, the egg,
enough salt to pinch between thumb and finger
the flour, the butter
and 2/3 cup milk will make a good crepe mixture!. 2/3 is just over the measure, but is easier to deal with!.

will make about 5 or 6 crepes

measure the crepe batter into the pan with 1/4 cup measure or a large mixing spoon!.

I hope your mom enjoys the crepes!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Everything looks okay except the milk and the butter!. There are 8 tablespoons in a stick of butter, so you need 1 tablespoon!. That's 18 ounces of milk, so I'd use 1/2 cup and just a pinch of salt!. (It won't make that much difference in the taste!.) Good Luck!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
