The oven or short time in the microwave is a method for reheating the already cooked salmon!.
I like to re-cycle cooked salmon mixed with Kraft Miracle Whip, 1/2 tsp sugar, salt and pepper to taste as if it was canned salmon and serve as a scoop on lettuce with tomato and a toasted bun or bread for lunch or lighter dinner!. I Sometimes dice a bit of sweet onion and add to the salmon for even more flavour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I eat salmon at least once a week!.

Microwave: place in tupperware with 1/4 inch water and a little bit of butter!. Use a lid loosely placed on top!. Heat at high power for the shortest amount of time possible!.

Oven: place in a covered casserole dish with 1/4 inch water and a little butter or olive oil at 400 degrees for 10 minutes!.

Yummy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

grill
saute
oven bake
whatever you like, I would go for the oven, and put some extra seasoning on the salmon before heating, it will make is crisp on the outside and soft and tender inside!. enjoy whatever you choose!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is best to eat it cold out of the fridge with a salad unless you can verify that it wasnt frozen before, in either case reheating it is going to kill off any remaining flavour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use a micro-wave oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Reheat it in the oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
