Depending on what you are serving with- try one of these:

Italian salad dressing
BBQ sauce
Olive oil, lemon juice, old bay seasoning, beerWww@FoodAQ@Com

Take your favorite dried seasonings and mix them with olive oil!. This marinade also binds the flavor of the herbs/spices to the shrimp as it's grilling!. I like about 1/3 c!. olive oil, paprika, thyme, garlic salt and a dash of cayenne!. I also add some lemon juice!. It's yummy and simple!. You can also use a simple vinaigrette, but make sure that the acid is light (less vinegar) so it won't "cook" your shrimp!. (ceviche)Www@FoodAQ@Com

My family loves a simple marinade of olive oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic, and a bit of ground peppercorn!. Marinade the shrimp in a ziploc bag at room temp for about an hour!. Put into a heated skillet and stir until the shrimp turns a pinkish color!. We serve it over a spiced rice and serve with hot french bread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

equal parts EVOO + lemon juice, and a few dry herbs tossed in (oregano, basil, thyme, marjarom if you have it!.!.!.!. or just a big pinch of herbs de provence if you have that)Www@FoodAQ@Com
