Something EASY for mother's day?!


Question: Something EASY for mother's day!?
I want to bake my mom something!.
But, I can't go out and buy things!.!.!.
Something simple!.
I have cake mix, but bleh!. Last time I made a cake I got a stomach ache!.

Any ideas!? Something EASY and yummy!. She loves chocolate!. But!.!.!.!.we have no chocolate chips!. x!.x We can the icky mix (the bitter one)!.

Cake Mix Cookies!.!.!.so very easy & you can even frost them

18 oz!. pkg!. cake mix (any flavor)
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees!. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients at low speed until dry ingredients are moistened and dough is thoroughly mixed!. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets!. Bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes!. Cool two minutes on cookie sheets, then remove to wire racks to cool!.!.
If using chocolate cake mix, add 2 Tbsp!. water along with egg!. You can stir in chocolate chips, coated candy pieces, chopped nuts, or oatmeal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its a sandwich cookie


2 C!. flour
1/2 C!. cocoa powder
1/2 tsp!. salt
1 C!. sugar
1/2 tsp!. baking soda
1/2 tsp!. baking powder
1/2 C!. vegetable shortening- Crisco or equivalent
1 egg, beaten
1 C!. milk
1 tsp!. vanilla extract

Filling
1/3 C!. evaporated milk like -CARNATION'S
2/3 C!. shortening
1/2 C!. sugar
1/2 tsp!. vanilla extract

Sift dry ingredients!. Add shortening, egg, milk, and vanilla extract!. Mix well!. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet!. Bake at 425oF for 5 minutes!.

For the filling, mix evaporated milk, shortening, sugar and vanilla extract!. Beat at high speed of an electric mixer for 5 minutes!. Put two cookies together with a generous amount of filling!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it's not baking, but you can melt her favorite chocolate (usually using a double-broiler) and buy different foods as a fondue dip type of thing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well if u could find about 2 $ in ur house u could go to Kroger and buy a batch of cookies tommorow morning, really early like 6 o'clock!.( Kroger is a 24 hour store)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients:
1 cup of butter
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C)!.
Melt butter over low heat!.
Remove from heat and add 2 cups of the flour and the sugar!.
Beat in the eggs one at a time until well blended!.
Slowly mix in the remaining 2 cups of flour!.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1/4 of an inch!.
Cut cookies using cookie cutters and place 1 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheet!.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until brown at the edges

Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 C!. butter, melted
2 C!. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t!. baking soda
2 C!. rolled oats, coarsely ground in your blender
2 C!. self-rising flour
1 (6-oz!.) bag semisweet chocolate chips, blender-ground coarsely

Blend first four ingredients well in large bowl and mix on medium speed!. Beat in oats, then flour, and then work in chocolate chips by spoon!. Let dough stand 10 minutes!. Make pieces of dough into size of golf balls and arrange 6 or 8 at a time on greased baking sheet, flattening slightly with 3 fingers, leaving 1 inch between them!.

Bake only 6 or 7 minutes at 375° F!. until cookies are puffed and cracked on top!. Don’t overbake! Let cool 1 minute on baking sheet and remove to waxed paperWww@FoodAQ@Com
