Mother's Day dinner ideas??!

Question: Mother's Day dinner ideas!?!?
My fiance is going to make dinner for me tonight for mother's day & I'm picking out what I want!. Well I need some ideas!. I want chicken I know preferably grilled or baked!. I need 2 sides to go with it!. Here's our situation: We don't have a stove (it broke) so boiling anything isn't an option!. We have a toaster oven, microwave, & a little grill thing like this: http://www!.target!.com/El-Paso-Fajita-Gri!.!.!. but I make almost everything on it (eggs, pancakes, burgers!.!.!. tons of stuff, lol)!. We make mashed potatos & stuff in the microwave so we can make those w/out a stove if that is one of your suggestions!. Anyway, overall I'm looking for something with chicken (preferably grilled or baked but I'm open to suggestion) and 2 sides!. Thanks in advance! =) Oh also I need it to feed 4 people (but I can always double it if I need to) me, my fiance, my mom & my 2yr old daughter!. Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com
