What fruits can be used in a lassi?!

Question: What fruits can be used in a lassi!?
My daughter is doing a report on India, and has found that most lassi is made with mango, though occassionally banana or strawberry is used!. Can other fruit be used (papaya, guava, lemon, etc!.)!? What other fruit, and how much!? A typical recipe calls for 1 cup yogurt and 1 cup fruit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Passoinfruit, guava and maybe kiwi but I dont recommend it!. Fruits with a hgh concentration of acid or water content need to be mixed up!. Use the same recipe just mix it up a bit!. Fruits high in water content will ruin this recipe so avoid uing them or use very little (short version)!. Cantelope would work well but it's not common in India!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
