in a bowl crack 8 eggs, add in:
310 grams tin of creamed corn
1 large grated carrot
1/4 cup chopped mint or parsley
1/2 cup grated cheese
mix well with a balloon whisk!.
Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a frying pan!.heat
pour in 1/4 of the egg mixture!.
Spread so that it covers the base!.Fry till it sets!.
flip over or fold in half!.
season with salt/ pepper
slide onto a warm plate
serve with toast
Don't forget her favourite drink,some napkins and the sweetest rose that u can find!

2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 slices white bread or your favorite bread, toasted and cut into cubes
1 pound pork sausage, crumbled and browned or you could use 1 pound bacon!.!.!.!.!.!.!.or 1/2 pound pork sausage and 1/2 pound bacon
1-1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese
In a large bowl, beat the eggs until frothy!. Beat in the milk, salt and pepper!.
Place the bread cubes in a buttered, 9x13-inch dish!. Layer the browned sausage/bacon over the bread, and sprinkle the cheese evenly over the sausage!. Pour the egg mixture over the top, and refrigerate overnight!.
The next morning, bake in a 350°F preheated oven for 45 minutes!. Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting!. Makes 6 servings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

INGREDIENTS:
1 long loaf French or Italian bread, about 8 to 10 ounces
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
4 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Canola oil
PREPARATION:
Cut bread on the diagonal into about 16 slices!. Spread cream cheese on 8 slices of the bread, on one side only!. Sprinkle pecans over slices with the cream cheese spread!. Top each spread slice with a plain slice of bread!. You will have 8 "sandwiches!." Beat eggs and milk in a shallow bowl until smooth!. Add sandwiches to the mixture, turning several times to coat thoroughly!.

My DD is 12 adn she makes muffins all the time!. They are very easy!. Just be sure not to overmix the batter; leave it w/ clumps of flour in it and they will come out perfectly!

1 Package White Cake Mix
1 Package of Instant Vanilla Pudding 4 serving size
4 Eggs (beaten)
1/2 C!. Vegetable Oil
3/4 C!. Milk
1 tsp!. Vanilla

Rinse Blueberry's lightly and drain well!. In mixing bowl beat eggs until light!. To the eggs add cake mix, pudding, vegetable oil, vanilla, and milk!. Beat until smooth but do not over beat!. About two to two and half minutes!. Batter will be thick!. Carefully fold blueberries into batter with a spoon or spatula!. try not to break the berry's, they can be very tender!.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes depending on the size of you muffin cups!. Test with a tooth pick and taking care not to over bake!. Will make about 9 large muffins or 12 - 15 small muffins!. Store muffins in a air tight container!.

1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2 large eggs, beaten
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
3/4 c buttermilk
1 T vanilla extract
1 3/4 t lemon extract
1 3/4 c blueberries
Preheat oven to 375oF!. Combine dry ingredients, in separate bowl combine eggs, butter, buttermilk, and extracts!. Add to dry ingredients and stir (do not beat!) till moist!. Fold in blueberries!. Put batter into 16 lined muffin tins!.
Topping:
3/4 old fashion oats
1/4 c sugar AND brown sugar
1/2 stick melted butter
Combine the above!. Spoon 1 Tbsp!. topping on each muffin; lightly press into batter!. Bake 20-25 min!. Muffins freeze well!.

Preheat the oven to 375°!. Butter a standard 12-cup muffin pan!. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour with the sugar, baking powder and salt!. Stir in the blueberries!. In another medium bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk, oil and lemon zest, then whisk in the lemon juice!. Using a rubber spatula, fold the egg mixture into the flour mixture until blended; do not overmix!.
Spoon the batter into the muffin cups and bake for about 20 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean!. Let the muffins stand in the pan for 5 minutes, then carefully transfer them to a rack to cool slightly!. Serve warm or at room temperature!.
MAKE AHEAD Once thoroughly cooled, the muffins can be kept overnight in an airtight container!.

Oatmeal is great just follow the directions!. Add a pat of butter to the top to melt and some brown sugar then serve with a 1/2 cup of milk to pour over it!. Remember to use a large bowl to allow for all of the toppings!. If Mom likes raisins, you can sprinkle a few on top too!. Serve with buttered toast and orange juice!. This will make Mom smile!. scrambeled eggs, PANCAKES, maybe sausage (the frozen stuff), toast, waffles, frozen hash browns, but i'd say make pancakes (good ol' aunt jemima) and a glass of orange juice!. maybe chocolate chips or blueberries in the pancakes, yum!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
