You fill a pan as big as the wrapper with hot tap water!. Dip the wrapper in and leave it until it is soft, like a piece of cloth!. You can use them right away or layer them with damp towel paper between them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
when we use the wrappers for spring rolls we dip it in a bowl with warm water and lay it gently on a normal glass plate!. Let it lay straight across the plate it will get kinda sticky put everything on it and wrap it up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I think those wrappers were just bad!. I don't dry mine, just shake off the excess water!. The little bit of water on the wrapper will help to keep it from sticking to the plate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
when you wrap them, do it on a clean dry dish towel!. They will dry out as you wrap them!.
It may be the brand you are using, some of them, in my opinion, are useless!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
