I'm attempting to cook dinner for my boyfriend, help!?!

Question: I'm attempting to cook dinner for my boyfriend, help!!?
Well, Im NOT a good cook, by any means!. I couldnt cook a dish to save my life!. So I got al;ready made food!. But I dont drive, and I work at the malll and I wasnt able to stop at the store!. SO mall food was all I had to work with!. So I went to the pizza place and got 2 chicken breasts!. They are with mushrooms in a butter, garlic and mushroom type broth!. Its not creamy like a sauce or anything!. And Im going to make some pasta with it!. THen I made a salad and Im going to bake some rolls!. But for the chicken, should I just make the pasta and put it on it, or should i cut it up and stir it all together!. I was thinking just leave it and put it on op of the noodles, is that good!?
ANd also, should I put something in the pasta!?
I was thinking maybe just putting some butter in it with salt and maybe a little garlic, would that be good!?
Haha i really dont know, i mean my boyfriend will eat ANYTHING
but i just dont really knw what to do with what i have!.
any suggestions or is what im doing okay!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Okay, I would boil the noodles, take 1/2 stick - 4 Tablespoons of butter and melt it in a saucepan, add a dash of salt & pepper to it, add the chicken breasts with the mushrooms and stuff to it and warm up the chicken in the melted butter!.!.!.!.!.that way the flavor will go into the butter you are going to add to the noodles!. Pull out the chicken and mushrooms!.!.!.!.toss some of the butter sauce left in the pan with the noodles!.!.!.!.save a little to pour over the top of the chicken breasts!.!.!.!.

Cut the chicken breasts diagonally into about five pieces!.!.!.!.put the noodles in the butter sauce on the bottom, top with the chicken breast, drizzle the rest of the butter sauce!.!.!.!.!.

It should work very well!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

calm down!.!.!.!.!.if i were u i wouldn't but garlic on the pasta because chicken and garlic probably wouldnt b a good combo and no one likes the after taste of garlic!. cut the chicken up and arrange it on the top of the spaghetti and put butter, salt and pepper and some sprinkle cheese on the pasta i hope u like my idea and use it if soo enjoy!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

At this point it's too late to plan ahead, so now you're just stuck with some random ingredients!. Just do what you have to do to put food on the table!. You can only improve your cooking if you want to!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If that's all you have then that should be fine!. If you have a can of cream of mushroom soup you can mix that in there with it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Boil some fettucine noodles!. When they're completely done, drain!. Add to a large mixing bowl!. Put plenty of margarine (I use Can't believe it's not butter) and some garlic salt!. Mix well!. Then place the chicken on top!. You might want to cut the chicken up and mix it with the noodles, then drip all the mushroom type broth in the noodles as well so that not just the chicken has that mushroom-like flavor, but the noodles as well!.
Enjoy!. He won't know that the chicken wasn't made by you!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ignore the people that said you have no options now, and that you didn't plan ahead blah blah blah!.

Boil the pasta what ever you have, spaghetti, linguini, angel hair or different shaoed noodles!. Any thing will be good!. Drain and then set aside!.

Do you happen to have any cream cheese!? If so then cut about 1/2 the pkg of cream cheese into smaller chunks!. Put in a sauce pan over low to mediumheat!. It will start to melt and add a quick splash of milk!. Whisk or stir until smooth, if it's to thick add milk or even a little chicken broth until it's as thick/thin as you want it to be!. This all depends on your personal taste!. Slice the chicken breasts and add to the cream cheese sauce!. Heat untl the chicken is warmed thru!. Add seasoning such as garlic, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, pepper, etc!.!.!. or even just a little reg salt and pepper!. Just depending on what you have!. Add a little parmesean cheese if you have it and then stir in the pasta!. Serve with the salad yum!.

Or you could use spaghetti sauce if you have it!. Pour the sauce in a pan and add the chicken sliced and spoon over the pasta!.

also if you just have butter and garlic that would work just as well!. If you have a little parmesean cheese it would work here as well!. also saute a little onion in the butter with the garlic!.

Go ahead and try what ever, you will get better by trying it all out and seeing what your personal tastes are and then you skills will expand as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
