Recipe for Mothers Day. Can I make chicken instead of fish?!

Question: Recipe for Mothers Day!. Can I make chicken instead of fish!?
So I found this recipe for a white fish fillet where you dust the fish with flour salt and pepper then dip it in egg and press Parmesan Cheese (do you think I should use powdered parmesan cheese or shredded!?) on it then saute in olive oil!. Do you think I could replace the fish with chicken!? Last night I was too busy cleaning I forgot to marinate my chicken so now I'm searchin for a quick recipe!. I have boneless skinless chicken breasts if anyone has a recipe for me!. also, we're not garlic fans, we're allergic but can tolerate a little!. Thanks in advance!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness (about 1/4 inch thick for even cooking)

dip in extra virgin olive oil (yes a little olive oil every day is actually good for you)!.!.!.!.

then cover them with a combination of 1/2 dried bread crumbs (even store bought) and grated fresh parmesan cheese!.

Bake for about 30 minutes at 350!.!.!.!.!.!.DELICIOUS!

My original recipe calls for garlic in the olive oil, but I left it out for this version since you don't like it :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yeah, I think that'll work just fine!. Try cutting the chicken breasts in half so that they're thinner to make sure that they cook all the way through!. And if you have shredded Parmesan cheese, use that because it's a lot tastier than the powdered stuff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
