I'm italian, you can explain the prescription for the muffin?!
Answers:
Do you mean to say that you need a recipe!?
You basically mix 2c flour, 2/3 cup sugar, and 1T baking powder together in small bowl!.
Then in a large bowl, you need to mix 1 egg, 1cup milk, 1/3 cup oil together til well blended!.
Stir the dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients, using only about 30 strokes!.!.!.or just until the mixture is moistened and just blended!.
If you are adding fruit/nuts/etc, fold them into the batter now!.
(1cup coconut, mashed cooked carrots, banana, chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, blueberries, grated apples, etc)!.
Put into 12 muffin pans,
Sprinkle with granulated sugar, or finely chopped nuts, or nothing at all!. and bake at 400 degrees F, for about 25 minutes!.
The big object of making any muffin is that you do NOT overmix the dry ingredients with the liquid ones!. They will turn out like hocky pucks if you overmix!.
This is a basic basic recipe!. I'd recommend Giada di Laurentis' recipe for banana "cupcakes" (they are really muffins)!. She also includes a recipe for mascarpone frosting, but I don't use that!. The recipe is on foodtv!.comWww@FoodAQ@Com
