Answers:
Yes you can use butter as a replacement for the oil!.
You do not have to clarify it!. (adding water to it is not how to clarify butter by the way)
You will end up with a richer tasting brownie!. If you want to cut fat from the recipe you can substitute applesauce or yogurt!.
But heck if you're making brownies go for the butter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

they will not turn out the same, that is not to say that they won't be delicious!. Butter is much thinner than oil, and therefore, the brownies might not be as moist!.

In MOST baking recipes, you must follow the recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the difference is that butter has a lowerr melting point, than oil, which means the brownies may have a tendency to burn!.!.!.might have to watch them more closely and lower the temp by say 25 degreesWww@FoodAQ@Com

yes you can but before melt the butter and add about a little water to clarify itWww@FoodAQ@Com

sure!. butter can be a substitute in most baking unless it definitely says not to!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

can i have a brownie!? lol!.!.!.yes you can sub itWww@FoodAQ@Com

sure!.!.its just giong to add more fat so they might be a ltitle moisterWww@FoodAQ@Com
