How do you cook and eat corn on the cob? Do you have any family traitions?!
Answers:
I've boiled, and microwaved it!. I've eaten it from the b-b-q but tonight I baked it!.
Just stick the whole thing on a cookie sheet, husk, silk and all!. No soaking required!. Bake at 350 for about 30-45 min!. The silk pulls away so much easier this way!!
I make a 50/50 mix of mayo and warm butter and spread it on my corn, add a little salt and it's like creamed corn on the cob!.
Or do a garlic butter with lots of garlic chopped pretty small, add pour over the corn and sprinkle with fresh grated parm, and fresh chopped parsley!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Boil water and then turn it down to low!. Put in the ears of corn minus the silks and the husks and cook them long enough to get them nice and hot 10 - 15 minutes!. Put the cooked ears into a flat dish and put butter on them!. The butter will melt right away and you can roll the ears back and forth to get them thoroughly covered with butter!. Salt if desired and pick up the ear with your fingers and eat!Www@FoodAQ@Com
pull back the husks!.!. take out the silk!.!. rub a mixture of softened butter with paprika, chili powder, garlic salt & pepper on each cob!.!. pull the husks back up, wrap in foil and put on the grill for about 45min (depending on heat) i have a little extra butter mixture to add on after cooking to!.!. it is unbelievably goodWww@FoodAQ@Com
BBQ is the best!.!.!.!.!.
soak them in the husks in your sink in water, so the husks don't burn on the grill!. Just throw them on the top rack of the BBQ while you are cooking your meat on the bottom!. Takes about 45 minutes, and it's the BEST!.
Serve with butter, salt, pepper and even parmesan cheese!Www@FoodAQ@Com
