I always use self-raising flour!.

1 cup milk
1/4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter
Pinch kosher salt
1 cup self-raising flour
4 extra-large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons prepared coffee
