Answers:
For really fast I make pita pizza; buy pita bread, spread with tomato sauce and see what you have in your cupboard or fridge, like leftover meat, cheese, etc!. You can also make them with chicken and pesto, or or avacado and hummos and cheese!.!.!. The possibilities are endless and you just throw them under the broiler!.

Boil pasta!. In a pan, fry some fresh vegetable in olive oil and garlic and onion!. Add things you like: mushrooms!. olives, chicken you may have or hamburger; when it's all cooked, add cheap tomoato sauce (try to buy low salt, it tastes fresher) you now have a protein-packed, nutritious dish that will taste completely homemade!!

I buy a whole chicken, spread with olive oil and sprinkle with a favorite spice mik!. Roast at 375 degrees for 20 minutes per pound!. (weight is on the label_
Then, buy a bag of potatos-the little red or whites; chop roughly, shake olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary and garlic; roast at the same time, when chicken has 40 minutes to go!. Buy some brocolli or cauliflower or carrots-or combination and just steam in a Glad plastic container in the micro; season as you like!.

This whole meal costs about $14 and feeds 6 people, or several meals, including the leftovers to heat up and chicken sandwiches!. It's also healthy and can be thrown in the oven and you walk away!.

Canned beans, especially when they have flavor like jalapeno added, are great; roll them into a tortilla with cheese-micro or grill in a pan!. Serve with sour cream and salsa!. Add leftover chicken or meat and you are all set!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love spaghetti so that's always top of my list, and it's easy and quick to make (open the jar and microwave some sauce, cook the pasta, pour on parmasan cheese, you can add meat if you want (we've used spam, hotdogs, breakfast meats, fish, etc!.) and it's plentiful and fills you up!. I like it with slice zucchini &/or mushroom in the sauce when we have some!.

also pasta with an olive oil sauce (add parm cheese, garlic, anchovies, broccholi, zucs, sliced tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms)!. Or do a "cream" sauce--except I use skimmed milk since I'm cutting down on the heavy stuff--add peas, ham, cheese!. Canned tuna or salmon!. Capers!.

Egg fu young/omelet using whatever you have on hand!. You can even add bread to extend the eggs if needed!. Since eggs are the protein, you just need to add veggies!.

Beans and rice!. Augment with melted cheese!. Or put the cheese on some veggies as a side dish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mince
1 lb!. ground sirloin
1 (10 oz!.) can tomatoes
2 tbsp!. butter
1/8 tsp!. pepper
1/8 tsp!. curry optional
1 tsp!. salt
1 c!. water
1/4 c!. chopped onion
1 tsp!. Worcestershire sauce

Sautee beef in butter and break up with fork!. Stir in onion, salt, pepper, and curry and fry until browned!. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and simmer!.
You could add frozen veggies!.

Brown hot dogs, add canned beans to pan and simmer!.
Eggs Foo Yung, whip up eggs with a can of chinese mixed veggies and make a pancake like omelet!. Serve with soy sauce!.

chick pesto with pasta

2 bertoli alfredo sauce
1 bertoli pesto sauce
3 chick breast
1 pack angel hair


cut up chick into cubes
cook
cook pasta
heat alfredo and pesto together making an pesto cream sauce
