I like to use a packet of Knorrs dried soup mix!. They have a veg and spring veg that work great!. Just add it when your water starts to boil!. Depending on the amount you are making you may want to only use part of the packet!. My kids love it that way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would add a few granules of chicken or vegetable bouillon to the water and butter just before serving!. Brown rice has a tendency to be dry and the flavor flat!. You could sauter it in oil and butter add thyme, or a little bouillon and stuff a chicken with it, maybe add shredded carrot, onion and celery!. The drippings from the chicken will give it a lot of flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Soak well rice in water, extract water and leave rice for
couple of hours so that no water remains!.
Heat butter, add rice add salt and suger to taste add hot
water!. ( double the ammount of rice ) Cover and simmer for 20 min!.
You can add any vegitables thinly cut!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
