Best roast beef?!
I've a 1!.2kg beef roast in the freezer - I haven't the faintest clue what it is as I bought it prepackaged - presumably it's boned and rolled!? I want to oven-roast this, NOT pot-roast it if possible!.!.!. your best recipes and cooking tips please and thank you!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I make a paste:
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp dry granulated garlic powder
1 tsp granulated onion powder
1 tsp Frenches dry mustard
Mix until smooth and rub all over roast
Oil roaster pan
add 1 cup water to bottom of roaster
cut one to two medium onions, 3 carrots 5-6 potatoes peeled and rubbed with roast paste !.Place roasting with veggies and bake in oven!.
Roast covered in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes per pound approx!. and check with a fork to see if tender!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Defrost it in the refrigerator overnight!.
Season it with sugar, pepper and salt( the salt last)!.
The sugar will caramelize and make it taste fantastic!.
heat the over to 400F place the roast on a rack and an inch of water in the pan!.
Cook for 30minutes on 400F and then lower it to 325 for about 45 minutes more!.( do not cover the pan)!.Add more water if necessary( this will make an au jus)!.

put the roast on a oven tray that has wall and a lid then put two to three tablespoons of oil on the roast then put in the oven at 160-180'dercess for about 1 hour then pull out turn over then cook for another hour the turn for half a hour then cut ans serve with roast potatoesWww@FoodAQ@Com
Get a few onions and chop them in half!.Put them in the roasting tin and place the beef joint on top!.Cook at 180 for about 1!.5hrs if you like it a little pink inside or 2hrs for well done!.When cooked take the beef out and blitz the onions in a blender and add to your gravy mix!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well firsat you cook the meat and you squirt the whole dam taco sauce into the pan boil some eggs and then pick up a bread and put peanut butter in it and start a fight between two gladiator mice!Www@FoodAQ@Com
