Answers:
Marinate them in buttermilk overnight!.
(if you don't have buttermilk, you can substitute 1 TBS vinegar or lemon juice mixed in 1 cup milk)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sometimes I do that when they are on sale!. But you can't really bake them or BBQ them!.

I usually boil then in water until they are almost fully cooked!.
Then I take them out of the water and place them in a large sauce pan with 1 large can of enchilada sauce (usually the red, but the green comes out good too) and I put the burner on medium heat and cover till it boils!.
Once its at a light boil I turn to Low and let it simmer for about a hour!.

By that time the chicken start to fall apart and I'll use a for to pull it apart so its all shredded!.

I use it for chicken tacos, tostadas, burritos, enchiladas, taquitos or some kind of taco salad!. You can also just put it over rice!.

I just remembered another one!. Now this is better with chicken thighs, but it works good with breast too!.

in a large glass baking dish add the following!.!.!.!.
2 cups of soy sauce/2 cups of water
finely chopped garlic and onion
chopped green onions
place 4 chicken breasts inside the mixture and cook on 350 for 25 minutes!.
when 25 minute are up turn each piece and cook for another 25 minute or until cooked all the way through!.

Serve with rice!.

If yo have 2 breast or 4 thighs, cut the recipie in half and cook in a smaller dish and cook for 15-20 minutes on each side!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Use Frozen chicken breasts in recipes that require it to cook for a bit in a sauce or baked such as in :

Chicken Chili
Chicken enchiladas
Chicken Fajitas
Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Paillard (tenderize by hitting with meat mallet between 2 pieces of saran wrap to make a thinner filet) then continue cooking as u normally would!.
Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Chicken and Rice casseroles

You can marinate them in teriyaki sauce and or lemon pepper sauce and then grill!.

Don't over cook the chicken this will dry it out and make it tough!.

Hope that helped!. Good luck to you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Soak them in water until thawed!. Throw them in a skillet (single layer) and turn your heat to medium!. Add olive oil or butter!. Make sure each breast is coated then add your prefered spces but use VERY little!. The reason is because this technique will amplify the spices (especially salt)!.

Keep on low/medum heat until the butter starts to turn brown!. That's what your looking for!. As the butter begnis to turn brown it wll coat the chcken in a slimey residue - thats perfect! Thats where you turn up the heat until you get the desired golden crust effect!. This will give you a perfectly cooked chicken breast almost every time!. But if for some reason your chcken is still pink, thats ok!. Slice the breast into medallions or strips (no less than a half inch each) and throw them back into the skillet until the medallions are golden brown!. There ya have it!. A famous technique used by chefs all over the world!.

Once you got this technique down you should experiment with different ingredients!. But always remember simmering / reducing the butter down will amplify whatever spice you put in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I never buy frozen, because of being tough and flavorless!. I would make chicken stock and freeze for later or make chicken soup!. I buy fresh chicken and use the parts I want and make stock out of the remainder!. I know that is messy, but it pays off in the end!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Inject with garlic and butter with a little cajun, Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rub them with spices, and then grill 'em!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i use my rice and vegetable steamer!.!.!.!.i wrap the breast w/ mrs dash seasonings and tightly foil and steam for an hr!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put them in the bottom of your fridge overnight so that they can defrost!. Pop them in the microwave for about one minute or so!. Keep checking them!. Serve with sweet potatoes or mashed potatoes; a vegetable; canned cranberry sauce, maybe a salad; and a dessert!.
