I would say chicken or tuna salad on toast!. With chips and a large SWEET TEA!!!

or!.!.!.!. grilled chicken breast on top of a caesar salad!.

or!.!.!.!. a club sandwich!. layer the meat and goodies on 3 slices of bread!. stab with toothpicks and cut into 4 triangles!. serve with potatoe chips with baked beans and potato salad!.

Tuna pita sandwich:

Mix 1-2 cans of tuna with 2-3 tablespoons of mayo!. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste!. You could add any of the following!.!.!. sliced or chopped black olives, green olives, dill relish, diced green or white onion, etc!. Load pita bread pocket with mixture and add any of your favorite fixins!. I like sliced tomatoes, fresh spinach leaves, alfalfa sprouts, cucumber slices, hearts of romaine, or slice red onions!. Serve with chips or slice fruit as sides!. This is hearty, yet refreshing meal!.

Sandwich wraps:

Wrap your choice of deli meat with veggies, cheese, and mayo or mustard in a tortilla!. You can make these as light or as hearty as you would like!.
